At Felonic, your comfort and confidence matter to us. We understand that finding the perfect fit is important, which is why we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for size-related concerns. If your footwear does not fit as expected, you may request a return within this period.

 

To ensure a seamless return experience, all items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags intact. Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that a £3.5 deduction will be applied to cover return shipping costs.
