Every pair of Felonic footwear is made with the intention of delivering reliable quality at a price that feels right not excessive and not compromised.

From the way our shoes are constructed to the way they are priced, every decision is made to bring balance between comfort, quality, and value.

What is the return policy?
- Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase and we understand finding perfect fit is more important, for which we offer an 14 days return window from the date of delivery for size related concerns.
- To ensure a seamless return experience, all items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags intact. Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that a £3.5 deduction will be applied to cover return shipping costs.
- We aim to make every step of your Felonic experience effortless and refined. If you have any questions or need assistance with sizing or returns, our customer care team is always happy to help.
When will I get my order?
Orders usually take 4 to 6 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary depending on the location and external factors.
Once your order is shipped you will be receiving tracking details within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
Our delivery partners are reliable which is done by DPD, Evri or Royal Mail, depending which one can deliver quickest and ensure smooth and transparent shipping experience.
If the delivery takes longer than expected, our customer care team is happy to assist and provides. For quick replies you can share your order number on our instagram.
